Sales Manager
Quimby is a 27-year veteran of the Technology Industry. Much of his career has been spent supporting customers, across multiple industries, with their digital transformation journeys. He won the Microsoft South Africa’s Managing Directors Award in 2012 and the Digital Transformation Award in 2015. In his current role with RIB CCS, he hopes to help construction industry project teams to build faster, smarter and better, and enable them to be more efficient, sustainable and successful. Quimby maintains that new technology demands new thinking and new working methods in order to ensure successful transformation on the construction industry.
Michelle Crosby
Head of Project Department
Michelle started at Leads 2 Business, Directory Department, 10 years ago. In 2014 she was promoted to the Private Projects Department , where the vast knowledge she obtained networking with professionals in her previous position, enabled her to cultivate key relationships in the industry, who are now useful in lead generation activities. Her background in B Com Marketing and Advertising, coupled with her years of experience as a construction industry content researcher, have helped her to make an otherwise impenetrable sector accessible to all their clients, big and small.
Christine Smith
Client Liaison Offer
Christine has been involved in Customer Success for the past 18 years, and in the engineering and construction industry specifically for the past 10 years. She started at Leads 2 Business in 2015, as an Account Executive and has since been promoted to the Client Liaison Officer. Christine describes herself as the intermediary between the company and the client, with a goal to always rise above any challenge in meeting the client’s needs. A typical day for Christine involves client visits for training and CRM visits. Christine is also the proud winner of the Leads 2 Business prestigious CEO’s Customer Retention Award.
Kabelo Sentsomedi
Senior Technical Consultant
Kabelo has a National Diploma in Building obtained from the University of Johannesburg, and a B-Tech in Quantity Surveying obtained from Tshwane University of Technology. Before joining RIB CCS, Kabelo started his career as a site QS and progressed to Estimating in the Construction Environment, where he worked on many complex multi-disciplined projects. He has been an integral part of the RIB CCS technical team for over ten years. Kabelo is originally from Mahikeng in the North West Province, South Africa, and enjoys swimming, traveling, outdoor activities and socialising.
Mbheki Hopewell Ndlela
Technical Consultant
Mbheki Ndlela has a quantity surveying background, with more than a decade of work experience in the construction industry. Before joining RIBCCS, Mbheki worked for different contractors where his responsibilities ranged from Estimating to managing projects at post tender as a QS. He is now one of the RIBCCS’s customer success consultants, focusing on Estimating and Project Controls. Mbheki Ndlela is originally from KwaZulu Natal province, South Africa, and enjoys studying, research and socialising.
Saul Symanowitz

Saul is the founder and Director: Strategic Innovation of BEE123, SA's leading B-BBEE Software Management Solution business. Having specialised in the B-BBEE advisory space for more than a decade, Saul has assisted hundreds of businesses and organisations (in both the public and private sectors) of all sizes (from multinationals and listed entities to family owned businesses) with their B-BBEE compliancy requirements. Saul is regarded as a thought leader on the subject, and presents, lectures and writes extensively on B-BBEE and transformation. Saul is an attorney by profession and holds BCom(Hons), LLB and LLM degrees.
